Meeting news
In case you missed the last AIAS meeting, here is a brief update of the activities we’re currently involved in:
- T-shirt sales. We released a new t-shirt design a couple of weeks ago, so stop by our table on the 1st floor of Langford A to check it out for yourself! We’re still selling the original College of Architecture shirts, in addition to the new design. Shirts are $12 or 2 for $20. We sell shirts on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:30-1:30.
- Fundraising. AIAS has been invited to sponsor a speaker in the Spring ‘10 College of Architecture lecture series. We are brainstorming fundraising ideas for the sponsorship; we have tenatively established pizza sales and a student art auction as fundraisers. Be on the look out for more info about each of these exciting ventures.
- Bonfire Conference. The 2009 Bonfire Heritage Conference will be hosted at Langford on Nov. 19-20. Visit the conference website for more information.
